Take over my lease

List your spot

Tell students what you've got. We pull in your property's takeover rules automatically. Subleaux only connects students: the property approves any takeover, and you never pay Subleaux.

Sign-up opens soon

Posting opens once student-email sign-up is live. Meanwhile, look up your property's takeover rules.
