Takeover playbook
The takeover terms appear in the property's sample lease / housing agreement.
Sample 2026-27 agreement: no assignment or subletting. At the owner's sole discretion, a resident in good standing may 'delegate' their space to another person on an approved delegation form. Termination is allowed but rent stays owed; a credit applies only once the whole property is full, minus a re-marketing fee.
